CNC’s “Host Ready” Program

to harness the transformative power of community-centered tourism. Backed by 10 years of program design and leadership, we are a network of educators, travel professionals, and community-run organizations.

We help global educators and organizations develop and deliver impactful, sustainable travel programs. From sourcing local partners to developing customized itineraries and curricula, we ensure their programs prioritize local communities and environments and are tailored to achieve their goals.

Anyone! We’ve created our “host-ready” programs to be easy, accessible, and beneficial for hosts of all kinds!

From brands and influencers looking to better connect with their communities, to groups of friends, family, or like-minded travelers, our goal is to make it easy and fun to become an advocate for responsible tourism, forever changing how you engage with the world!

This program requires a non-refundable $500 host deposit to hold their “Host Ready” program block. Programs may require a minimum number of paid travelers in order to launch. The CNC cost per traveler will vary depending on program, itinerary, and time of year. Hosts will determine the user cost per traveler, provided the CNC cost per traveler is fully covered by that cost.

Payment in full of CNC traveler expenses is due 60 days prior to the program travel date.

Your “Host-Ready” deposit holds your Host Block, which means you won’t need to worry about whether your preferred trip location, itinerary, or dates will be available.

In addition, your deposit secures your CNC Plan of Action, which includes adding you and your program to the CNC website, one co-branded intro post + two additional collaborative posts on CNC socials, and one optional blog feature, written by you, added to the CNC website.

All programs also include an optional info session for your audience to learn more about your upcoming program, featuring your “On-The-Ground” team to talk more deeply about the program, the activities, the location, and the culture, as well as answer questions.

CNC’s Host-Ready program is designed to help you grow your community and your business!

Our program costs are pre-determined based on itinerary, but our Hosts are encouraged to set their own pricing before marketing the program to their community. This means, you get to decide how much you can make by being a CNC host!

Absolutely! CNC offers Host-Ready Program content, landing page, and strategic marketing packages to all our hosts, available for an additional fee.

Yes! Program lengths can be shortened or extended to fit your needs and custom-built programs are available for an additional fee.
