55% – 65% | On-the-Ground Costs: Directly funds your experience and the local economy, including accommodations, local transportation, meals, excursions, and fair wages for our regional guides and partners.
25% – 35% | Program Development & Support: Covers the "behind-the-scenes" magic, including ongoing itinerary planning, building sustainable local partnerships, developing educational programming, and providing you with 1-on-1 support from pre-departure to post-trip integration.
Approx. 10% | Outreach & Partnerships: Invested in connecting with aligned organizations and like-minded travelers. This helps us share our mission, grow our community, and scale our collective impact on the ground.
